Helen is a mother of six ranging from ages 16-31 and married over 32 years. She has only lived in the house they out grew and the one they live in presently.
Helen and her husband teach 1st grade through third grade Sunday school. She enjoys making corn pillows for people that are having aches and pains, baking for the community garage sale participants. She has raffles for their guest to hopefully avoid drive byes.

When crisis hit for many so did it for her family. In 2005 her husband was laid off for six months just after they invested all the equity of their home in rentals. When the insurance company mailed back their premium to cancel their insurance rather then pay the claim because the damage was more then the property value it was not good. Instead of bailing and further devastating the housing crisis she went back to work full time as a Cashier after staying at home 13.5 years and got her real estate license. Walking away would have been acceptable and easy. They chose to add 30 years to their mortgage to do the right thing.

She can honestly relate whether you are buying your first dream home, selling a home or having tough times. She is extremely patient while you realize what is best for you. She's not looking to be a top producer just to serve her community with “Service, Integrity, Results” one Client at a time. One year instead of short selling 3 homes she helped the potential Seller's retain their homes. For her it wasn't about the money from selling their homes but trying that one last time to hang on to their homes because that is what they really wanted.

When COVID hit Helen chose to pivot again by taking on land and commercial real estate. She has completed courses regarding commercial and land with the company as well as the Residential Care For the Elderly conditional certification with the state to understand and where to seek help to best serve her Clients.

She considers every Client to be an honor and privilege to serve.
